While many of your colleagues in the marketplace are lapping up the last days of summer, be sure to fire up your production early and be first in line as the fall market rolls in. If you haven't done so yet, outline your marketing plan of action for the next six months. "One of my past clients sent me a referral who wanted to move close to Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall. Before they could move, they had to sell their house first. After listing their house, 100 beautiful postcards were mailed out! 28 days later I got a contract on the house. The house sold and again, a week later, 100 beautiful postcards went out! They bought their dream home in Rowlett by the lake. Now, the best part! I received a call from a couple that had been thinking of selling their home.
