RECEPTIONIST
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Lakewood Ranch facility.

Job Duties:
- Answer multi-line phone system with a smile, transfer callers and take messages as needed
- Ship packages as needed
- Prepare mailings as needed
- Data entry
- General faxing, copying, and scanning documents
- Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with above Job Duties preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Possess strong organizational and follow up skills
- Work independently to achieve required goals
- Must be self motivated, driven, with the ability to learn quickly
- Must possess solid communication skills
- Reliable transportation and availability from 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $9.00.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking Independent Contractor Account Executives to generate sales of our proprietary suite of products.

- Contact real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, and related people for appointments to present our products.
- Conduct presentations in front of business professionals.

- Prior experience in conducting group presentations
- Real Estate industry experience is helpful
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Possess strong organizational and follow up skills
- Work independently to achieve required sales goals
- Ability to learn new industry/business requirements and adapt as needed
- Must be self motivated, driven, with the ability to learn quickly
- Must possess solid communication skills for interacting with clients and customers
