RECEPTIONIST
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Lakewood Ranch facility.

Job Duties:

  • Answer multi-line phone system with a smile, transfer callers and take messages as needed
  • Ship packages as needed
  • Prepare mailings as needed
  • Data entry
  • General faxing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience with above Job Duties preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Possess strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Work independently to achieve required goals
  • Must be self motivated, driven, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Must possess solid communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and availability from 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $9.00.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking Independent Contractor Account Executives to generate sales of our proprietary suite of products.

  • Contact real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, and related people for appointments to present our products.
  • Conduct presentations in front of business professionals.

  • Prior experience in conducting group presentations
  • Real Estate industry experience is helpful
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Possess strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Work independently to achieve required sales goals
  • Ability to learn new industry/business requirements and adapt as needed
  • Must be self motivated, driven, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Must possess solid communication skills for interacting with clients and customers

Compensation:

  • Commission-based compensation.
